“From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!”

“This must be a hotel that is being remodeled, as the rooms were old and needed work. When we arrived, there were no toiletries and only 2 towels in the room. The room was hot as the heater was set to 75 degrees. When I looked for an iron to press my clothes, there wasn't one in the room. I had to go get one from the front desk, and it was only a half ironing board whose legs were broken. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast but was not replenished for guess arriving later in the……

“The room was clean and well appointed. The mini kitchen was great, but didn’t have a use for it with only a one night stay. Overall, this hotel was clean and seemed fairly new. The breakfast was great, for a hotel. The staff very friendly. I asked if leaving something in the car was safe to do. The front desk gal said they haven’t had an issue. Left stuff in the car and no broken windows in the morning.”

“Great place to stay with family. Great staff, location (a walk away from river, movies, dining, etc), close to downtown, main road but far enough from it. The only thing that didn't live up to it was the breakfast. Hope they upgrade breakfast!”

“We recently stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Coeur D’Alene and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The hotel did not feel clean overall. The floors and carpets were dirty, and the room did not appear to be properly maintained before our arrival. We also did not have enough toilet paper or towels in the room, which was inconvenient and frustrating. In addition, the customer service was not very helpful or welcoming when we brought up concerns. We understand hotels can get busy, but basic……

“This is a great budget friendly hotel. Staff was great very clean and the 24 hr pool and hot tub was a great touch. Breakfast and cookies were amazing too! This will be our choice for future Cda stays very easy for road trip drop in right off 90.”
